I adore smoothies and at the moment my favourite is a green smoothie. I really like to try new ingredients and do something what I want. It's very simple, but healthy and so delicious! And it takes less than 5 minutes!
Ingredients:
1 kiwifruit
1 banana
1 apple
1 tsp chia seeds
1 handful of spinich
½ cup water
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Enjoy!
